Team
OYAT was founded by Myriem Viaud and Charlotte Degoulet. Two complementary careers and one shared conviction: real estate is a powerful lever for carrying — and embodying — the great social, environmental, digital and economic transitions.

Myriem Viaud
Myriem brings eighteen years in development (client-side and delegated project management) and asset management for institutional investors, with a specialism in leading ambitious refurbishment schemes.
